The property
Spread over 3 floors, this high spec recent purpose built development is separated into six luxury apartments of 5 or 6 en suite double bedrooms — perfect for group bookings of 5 or 6 friends who want to stay together. All bedrooms are fully furnished, complete with double beds. All apartments have their own large kitchen and substantial lounge, integrated appliances, including washer/dryer and wall hung 65" TV linked to Wi-Fi with a Netflix subscription. All apartments are self contained with their own secure entrance. Substantial disabled bedroom and wet room available on the ground floor Flat 1. The modified kitchen in this flat accommodates disabled requirements.
Every apartment has

Getting in and out
Entry is by key fob and intercom, the outside areas are covered by CCTV, and there is emergency cover around the clock. The nearest bus stop is about fifty metres from the door and Leamington Spa station is about five hundred — which in practice means you can be on a train, or on the campus bus, within a few minutes of leaving your room. Coventry is about fourteen minutes away by train — the commute, for Coventry University students.
What the rent covers
Everything. Heating, hot water, electricity, water and super-fast internet are all included in the weekly figure, so there is nothing to set up when you arrive and nothing to split with anybody. The building is heated by a ground source heat pump and rated EPC A, which is the reason the heating can be included without anybody watching the thermostat.
